Syria: The Trojan Women, performed in Amman, Jordan by Syrian women with refugee status. The women participated in a 6 week long drama therapy class followed by rehearsals and final performances. The play was based on Euripides' The Trojan Women written in 415 BC. Maintaining the spirit of the original, the producers and director incorporated the Syrian women's stories into the text. These images were made during rehearsals, breaks, and final performances.
